Major General (Ret.) Dr. Tugas Ratmono, Sp.S., M.A.R.S., M.H. is a neurologist, military health leader, and hospital management expert. After earning a degree from Gadjah Mada University and two master’s degrees, he served as the Chief of the Army Health Center and the Head of the Indonesian National Armed Forces Health Center.

He played a crucial role during the COVID-19 pandemic at Wisma Atlet and is currently actively promoting stroke prevention efforts through YASTROKI. He also speaks at national and international health forums.
